🎄 MEDIUM BONELESS TURKEY CROWN – 3 KG 🎄

Wrapped in bacon and easy to carve, this turkey joint makes a lovely centrepiece for your Christmas dinner.

🍽️ Serves approximately 10–12 people with roast potatoes, vegetables and all the festive trimmings. Allow for fewer people if you’d like generous portions or leftovers!

👨‍🍳 COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

If frozen, defrost fully in the fridge before cooking. Remove all packaging, leaving the butcher’s cooking string on.

Preheat your oven to 180°C / 160°C fan / Gas Mark 4.

Place in a roasting tin, add a splash of water or stock and cover loosely with foil.

Allow approximately 3 hours, removing the foil for the final 20–30 minutes to brown the bacon.

Cooking times are a guide. Check the centre of the thickest part with a clean meat thermometer—it must reach 75°C for at least 30 seconds. Continue cooking if needed.

Rest loosely covered with foil for 20–30 minutes, then remove the string and carve.
